Hernanes disputará a quarta Copa Libertadores de sua carreira a partir desta quarta-feira, às 21h30, quando o São Paulo abre o mata-mata contra o Talleres (ARG) em Córdoba. Será a volta do Profeta à principal competição do continente após quase nove anos.

Ao todo, o craque soma 27 partidas e dois gols no torneio. Sua última aparição, em 2010, terminou com uma histórica imagem dele e Rogério Ceni chorando abraçados após a eliminação na semifinal diante do Inter.

Hernanes foi titular nos 12 jogos do São Paulo na Libertadores daquele ano. Suas melhores atuações foram nas quartas de final, contra o Cruzeiro, quando marcou um gol no Mineirão e outro no Morumbi – o Tricolor de Ricardo Gomes venceu as duas partidas por 2 a 0. Nas oitavas, o então camisa 10 converteu sua cobrança na disputa de pênaltis contra o Universitario (PER) após dois empates sem gols.

O sonho do título acabou na semifinal, contra o Internacional. O São Paulo perdeu por 1 a 0 no Beira-Rio, venceu por 2 a 1 no Morumbi e foi eliminado pelo critério do gol fora de casa. Foi o último jogo de Hernanes naquela passagem pelo Tricolor, por isso o choro ao lado de Rogério Ceni. Ele se transferiu para a Lazio (ITA) pouco depois.

Craque do Brasileirão de 2008, Hernanes foi presenteado com a camisa 10 do São Paulo em 2009, mas teve participação tímida na Libertadores. Ele foi reserva na derrota por 2 a 0 para o Cruzeiro no Morumbi, jogo que marcou a eliminação do Tricolor nas quartas de final do torneio, e ouviu vaias de alguns torcedores ao lado do atacante Washington.

Naquele ano, o São Paulo passou da fase de grupos direto para as quartas de final. A equipe de Muricy Ramalho enfrentaria o Chivas nas oitavas, mas os mexicanos se retiraram da competição por não aceitarem que a vaga fosse decidida em jogo único no Brasil. Essa tinha sido a saída encontrada pela Conmebol para minimizar os efeitos da epidemia de H1N1 no México.

Hernanes tornou-se profissional do São Paulo em 2005, mas não foi inscrito na Libertadores daquele ano. Enquanto a equipe de Paulo Autuori caminhava para o título, ele era um dos destaques do “Expressinho” utilizado no Brasileirão. Curiosamente, o Profeta marcou gol no jogo anterior à decisão da Libertadores (vitória por 2 a 0 sobre o Flamengo, no Morumbi) e no jogo seguinte ao título (derrota por 2 a 1 para o Santos, na Vila).

Emprestado ao Santo André em 2006, o craque retornou ao Tricolor em 2007 e começou a chamar a atenção em uma excursão à Índia, onde jogou ao lado de garotos da base e atletas que não era utilizados no profissional. Deu tempo de convencer Muricy a inscrevê-lo na Libertadores – entrou no lugar de Maurinho após a fase de grupos e ficou com a camisa 12 -, mas o time foi eliminado pelo Grêmio, nas oitavas, antes que ele jogasse o torneio.

ووفقًا لصحيفة “سبورت” السعودية فإن أنمار الحائلي رئيس اتحاد جدة يتواجد في العاصمة الإسبانية مدريد بصحبة نائب رئيس النادي أحمد كعكي لحسم التعاقد مع بنزيما، ومن ثم سوف يطير للعاصمة البريطانية لندن للتفاوض مع تشيلسي للتعاقد مع نجولو كانتي.

وتشير الأنباء إلى أن كانتي في حال انضمامه لصفوف الاتحاد سوف يتم قيده بدلًا من المصري طارق حامد لاعب الفريق الحالي.

ويمتد عقد طارق حامد مع الاتحاد حتى صيف 2024 لكن النادي ينوي رحيل اللاعب في حال التعاقد مع الفرنسي كانتي في الصيف الجاري وهو ما قد يهدد مشاركة اللاعب المصري في كأس العالم للأندية بصحبة فريقه الحالي.

If willingness to put millions behind desire was a guarantee of success, Mumbai Indians should have been IPL winners multiple times by now. Year after year, auction after auction, they have poured in the big bucks and signed the biggest names, but the prize has always eluded them. The IPL is only five seasons old, and there are more franchises that haven’t won it than those that have, but the tag of free-spending underachievers has belonged to Mumbai. Three successive seasons of making the IPL knockouts and a Champions League title haven’t quite been able to shake off that label. That’s the price you pay for assembling so many overseas and Indian stars.This season is no different. John Wright and Anil Kumble are the latest additions to the Mumbai management. Ricky Ponting is the newest captain. These are not merely big names. These are institutions, men whose achievements will resonate for generations to come. They have probably the biggest crowd-puller the game has ever seen, Sachin Tendulkar, whose presence guarantees sellouts at Wankhede Stadium weeks before the season begins. There is Kieron Pollard, to whom Twenty20 comes as naturally as cricket did to Garry Sobers.Why is such a collection of superstars still without an IPL title? It is as much a reflection on the fickleness of the format as on Mumbai’s inability to handle the pressure in knockout clashes. It is difficult to imagine a similar line-up going without success for so long in Tests or ODIs, although South Africa will readily dispute that when it comes to world tournaments.For what it’s worth, the South African flavour of the squad last season has given way to one that is overwhelmingly Australian, with four of the five buys in the 2013 auction coming from Ponting’s country, including the million-dollar Glenn Maxwell. The Indian contingent, especially the first-choice players, is perhaps the strongest in the IPL.When you have so much to play with, you are prone to tinker too much too soon if the results don’t come – Mumbai tried 24 players, the most, last season and as many as eight opening combinations. Stability is one thing Ponting will have to strive for. The results could follow. Or then again, the knockouts could prove to be the stumbling point. Regardless, the Wankhede stands will be packed and shrieking.Key PlayersMumbai were the only bidders for Ricky Ponting in the auction. They bought him at base price and made him captain. This was probably the only way for Ponting to return to the IPL. Most other franchises have settled leadership. Ponting is making the most of what is left of his playing days following the end of a great international career in December. After the IPL, he will play in England and the West Indies. No love is lost between the former Australia captain and Indian fans, and now he is leading a franchise which has Tendulkar, Harbhajan Singh and Kumble.Ponting’s record suggests he isn’t a bad Twenty20 batsman at all. He has been in fine nick; more than 900 runs in the Sheffield Shield and a decent run in the Big Bash. He was one of the longest-serving captains in international cricket, and has an overflowing trophy cabinet to back his credentials. On the face of it, it seems to be a bargain buy for a splurging franchise that has had to do with reluctant and hot-headed captains in the past.Pollard was Mumbai’s second highest wicket-taker last season, behind Lasith Malinga. Harbhajan had six wickets from 17 matches; RP Singh 10 from 11 at nearly eight runs an over. Barring Munaf Patel to an extent, there was little strike support for Malinga from the other frontline bowlers. Malinga has only four overs in a T20 game, and the others will have to do better than their 2012 showing.Davy Jacobs, James Franklin, R Sathish, Aiden Blizzard, T Suman, Richard Levi, Herschelle Gibbs, Dwayne Smith … that is not some random wishlist for a Mumbai Indians XI, but the list of opening partners for Sachin Tendulkar over the previous two seasons. Only the pairing with Smith had some success. Phillip Hughes is the newest contender to open with Tendulkar, whose T20 strike-rate has also suffered along with his overall decline. Unless Tendulkar can script yet another revival in his batting, the onus will be on his partner to provide firepower at the top. Who will it be, or rather, how many more combinations will we see?Big players inUndoubtedly Ponting, although paying a million dollars for Maxwell also makes him a big signing. However, with Ponting, Pollard and Malinga likely to take three of the four overseas players’ slots, it is to be seen how many games Maxwell gets. Many have pointed to his lacklustre debut Test series in India to scoff at the price Mumbai paid for him, but if reverse logic was to be applied, Pollard should have been hailed as a potential Test great by now.Big players outThisara Perera, the hard-hitting Sri Lanka allrounder, was released by the franchise and bought by Sunrisers Hyderabad for $675,000 in the 2013 auction.Under the radarFirst-class batting and bowling averages of 42.03 and 25.47 suggest that Rishi Dhawan, the 23-year old from Himachal Pradesh, has the makings of a genuine allrounder. Another allrounder, Madhya Pradesh’s Jalaj Saxena has been around for a while, and his batting has prospered in recent times, although the same cannot be said about his offbreaks.AvailabilityIf, and that is a big if, Franklin is picked in New Zealand’s Test squad to tour England, he could end up missing a substantial chunk of the tournament in May.

وتألق جوندوجان في الموسم الحالي، حيث ساهم في 8 أهداف و5 تمريرات حاسمة في 30 مباراة ببطولة الدوري.

India seamer Praveen Kumar could be in trouble for a “serious” breach of the players’ code of conduct in a Corporate Trophy game

India seamer Praveen Kumar, who is on the comeback trail after missing most of the Ranji season due to the recurrence of a tennis elbow injury, could be in trouble for a “serious” breach of the players’ code of conduct in a Corporate Trophy game. The BCCI is expected to decide on what action, if any, is to be taken against him next week.On February 4, Praveen had sworn at an opposition batsman while playing for Oil and Natural Gas Limited (ONGC) in the Corporate Trophy: he hurled swear words at Income Tax batsman Ajitesh Argal despite the on-field umpires warning him. The umpires subsequently charged him for a code of conduct breach and match referee Dhananjay Singh found him guilty on two counts.According to the match referee’s report, which is in possession of ESPNcricinfo, Praveen pleaded guilty on both charges, under clause 2.2.8 and 2.4.2. “As per the BCCI guidelines, the penalty imposed for the offence is a 100% fine of the match fee under Level-2 (for repeating the offence within 12 months) and a serious warning not to indulge in such acts in future. For the other offence, you are charged during the same ball. The matter has been referred to chief administrative office [CAO] of the BCCI for further action, since it is charged under Level-4,” Dhananjay Singh wrote in his report, which was submitted to the BCCI.As per the BCCI procedures, after the report has been submitted, the CAO is supposed to take a call on the matter within seven days. So, Ratnakar Shetty is expected to decide on how the case will move forward during the coming week. If Praveen, who is contracted with the BCCI, is found guilty, he could be banned for up to four matches.”Whatever the action or decision will be, the board won’t discuss it in public,” a BCCI official said.Besides submitting the report, Dhananjay Singh has also written a letter to BCCI’s game development manager, KVP Rao, questioning Praveen’s mental condition. He wrote: “I would like to report to you that at present Mr Praveen Kumar is not in a mental frame to play the game. He is very aggressive and gets hostile with little trigger. He is very abusive and passes very filthy comments to his own team-mates, opponents and even to spectators. During the first match also (ONGC v CAG on February 1) he had a spat with spectators at the international stadium in Raipur. It was told to me by the other match referee Mr Prakash Bhatt. Even his own team-mates are keeping some distance from him.”The episode highlighted Praveen’s tendency to lose his temper frequently. In 2008, he had allegedly come to blows with a doctor during a fracas in Meerut, his hometown. During India’s tour to the West Indies in 2011, Praveen was involved in a spat with spectators in Port of Spain. Soon after, during the series in England where he proved his worth as a Test bowler, he had reacted angrily to fans’ taunts during a tour game in Northamptonshire.

أكد سيد عبد الحفيظ، مدير الكرة بالنادي الأهلي، أن التأهل للمباراة النهائية لبطولة دوري أبطال إفريقيا مازال لم يحسم بعد رغم الفوز بثلاثية على الترجي التونسي.

وتابع: “مباراة الإياب ستكون صعبة لأنها أمام منافس قوي له سمعته وتاريخه في دوري الأبطال، وسنتحدث رفقة الجهاز الفني مع اللاعبين بضرورة طي صفحة مواجهة الذهاب والاستعداد بكل قوة لمواجهة العودة والتي سنتسلح خلالها بجماهيرنا من أجل حسم الأمور والتأهل للنهائي”.

ووصلت بعثة الفريق الأول لكرة القدم بالنادي الأهلي، برئاسة محمد الدماطي، عضو مجلس الإدارة، منذ قليل إلى مطار القاهرة بعد رحلة استغرقت ما يقرب من ثلاث ساعات ونصف منذ إقلاعها من مطار قرطاج.

ومن المقرر أن يلتقي الأهلي مع الترجي علي ملعب استاد القاهرة الدولي يوم الجمعة المقبل الموافق 19 مايو بإياب دور قبل النهائي لدوري أبطال إفريقيا.

ويعتبر تتويج نابولي ببطولة الدوري الإيطالي هو الثالث في تاريخ الفريق، والأول منذ بطولة دييجو أرماندو مارادونا في 1989-1990 أي منذ 33 عاما.

وتولى لوتشيانو سباليتي تدريب أبناء الجنوب في صيف 2021، بعدما قضى موسمين مع فريق إنتر ميلان.

Prestes a estender o vínculo com o Botafogo até o fim de 2021, João Paulo não esconde de ninguém que está esperançoso em um 2019 repleto de conquistas e diferente deste ano, marcado pelas graves faturas naperna direita.

Em entrevista à Rádio Brasil, o meio-campista disse que não poderá só curtir os 30 dias de férias, uma vez que tem feito fortalecimento muscular na academia, junto a um personal trainer,Jonathan Pires, com anuência de Felipe Capela, preparador físico do Alvinegro, e do departamento médico do clube carioca.

-Devido à lesão, não posso me dar o luxo de ficar 30 dias só aproveitando as férias. Tenho que fazer academia, treinar de leve para iniciar 2019 bem fisicamente. O trabalho é em conjunto, tenho um profissional que está me auxiliando em particular, mas estamos em contato com o Felipe Capela e os profissionais do DM (do Botafogo), visando o que eles planejam para a próxima temporada. Vou executando, mas sem bola a presença de bola – comentou.

Atualmente com contrato até dezembro de 2019, João Paulo também deixou evidente que a renovação de empréstimo deve ser anunciada nos próximos dias. Por falar no ano que vem, João definiu a meta: voltar ao nível de rendimento de antes da lesão, sofrida na Taça Rio desta temporada.

– Uma coisa difícil para fazer algum tipo de análise pois foi uma lesão muito séria, mas ao mesmo tempo me sinto bem. A melhora é positiva, um degrau de cada vez, me imagino voltando ao nível de 2017, gradualmente. Tenho essa meta. É uma boa possibilidade.

João Paulo desembarcou no Botafogo em janeiro de 2017, após boa passagem pelo Santa Cruz. Aos 27 anos, o volante, que passará a última metade das férias em Gramado (RS) com a família, soma 70 jogos e três gols pelo Glorioso.
